‘Eternity’ & ‘Love’, Paired

  The pair of Radha and Krishna is symbolic of love and compassion. Lord Krishna is considered to be one of the many forms of lord Vishnu, that is,one of his many avatars . He is considered as an incarnation of the almighty god Vishnu among the followers and practitioners of Hinduism. The deity Radha is considered as " the primeval potency of the three main potencies of God, Hladini (immense spiritual bliss), Sandhini (eternality) and Samvit (existential consciousness) of which Radha is an embodiment of the feeling of love towards the almighty Lord Krishna ( Hladini )”. There are also arguments present in the discourse that the deity Radha, is the feminine form of the deity Krishna itself, in order to provide an inclusive representation of both feminine and masculine identities prevalent within themself.
